The essentials of using Qrr, publishing menus, and the Qrr Premium subscription.

Your use of the app is governed by Apple’s Licensed Application End User License Agreement (Standard EULA) together with these terms.

1. About these terms

These terms cover the Qrr app (“QR Menu Generator Qrr”), the public menu pages at menu.arslanturk.dev and this website, provided by Metin Arslantürk. They describe the product and subscription and do not limit mandatory consumer rights. Questions? Contact contact@apps.arslanturk.dev.

2. What Qrr provides

Qrr lets businesses create digital menus with sections, dishes, prices, photos, labels and venue information, translate them, publish them at a public link, and create QR codes that open them. Optional AI features write descriptions, translate texts and generate illustrative dish photos. Guests view menus in a web browser without an app.

3. Your content and responsibility

You keep ownership of the content you add. You grant us a license to host, store, display, translate and transmit it as needed to provide the service, including showing your published menus publicly. You are responsible for your menus being accurate and lawful, including prices, allergen and dietary information, alcohol and age rules, and consumer-information requirements that apply to your business. Only upload photos and logos you have the right to use. Labels such as “vegan” or “gluten-free” are set by you and are your responsibility.

4. AI-generated content

AI descriptions, translations and photos are generated automatically. They may be inaccurate or not exactly match your dish. AI photos are illustrations; review everything before publishing and edit or replace it where needed. Do not rely on AI output for allergen or health information.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to publish illegal, misleading, hateful, sexual or infringing content, not to impersonate another business, not to use menus for phishing or malware, not to abuse or overload the service or circumvent its limits, and not to copy, reverse engineer or resell the app except as permitted by law. We may remove content or suspend access when these rules are broken.

6. Free plan and Qrr Premium

Qrr is free to download. The free plan currently includes 1 menu, 2 dishes and 3 AI dish photos, and published menus show a small “Made with Qrr” badge. Qrr Premium unlocks unlimited menus and dishes, AI features (subject to fair-use daily limits), unlimited QR codes and removes the badge.

Auto-renewing subscriptions. Qrr Premium is offered as a monthly or yearly auto-renewing subscription. Payment is charged to your Apple Account at confirmation of purchase. The subscription renews automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period, and your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours before the end of the period at the then-current price. You can manage and cancel subscriptions in your Apple Account settings after purchase. Any unused portion of a free trial, if offered, is forfeited when you purchase a subscription. Refunds are handled by Apple according to its policies.

If Premium ends while your menus exceed the free plan, the content is kept, but menus over the free limits are shown to guests as temporarily unavailable until you renew or reduce them to the free plan.

7. Availability

We work to keep menus online but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. Keep a printed or alternative menu available as required by your local rules. Features may change over time.

8. Termination

You can delete your account at any time in Settings. We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these terms. Upon deletion, your menus and their links stop working.

9. Disclaimer and liability

To the extent permitted by law, the service is provided “as is”, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, lost profits or lost data. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law.
